  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 1 chopped Courgettes
  • 1 chopped Carrots
  • 1 chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 small Aubergine
  • 1 Large Chopped Onion
  • 800 g Lamb Shoulder
  • 1 tbs Garlic Sauce
